You are grinding your teeth at night
Mouth guard. Take less caffeine
How do you know you’re grinding teeth?
I agree with all the above - I clench and grind and also use a mouth guard at night. But I’ve also found when my allergies are really bad, I can feel a lot of pressure/pain in my jaw
Stress can be a contributing factor to clenching and grinding. Some dentists can get you a mouthpiece to lessen it. Risk is a cracked tooth, and/ or head aches. I get Botox in my jaw and side of head to lessen my clenching. I used to get terrible headaches and it works to resolve. The dentist does the Botox. And it’s not covered by my dental plan. 700-800/ every three to five months
