Anyone find it difficult to balance family/friends when you get a chance to squeeze in a weekend at home? I feel like I'm losing touch with a lot of my friends, but still...family first, right?

One of my friends has been given a choice, to work with an extremely outrageous target or to leave the firm. If he chooses to stay, he will be bound to serve a total time of 6 months. And if he refuses, tomorrow will be his last day, what can I suggest to him?

It's a critical decision and he is overwhelmed by this sudden obstacle. Any leads would be helpful.

I have an estranged relationship with my sister. I haven’t had a relationship with her in 13+ years, and haven’t even seen her in about 5 years. Hi all, I have a question regarding retirement accounts. I am not sure if I should choose a Roth or 401k (company has 4+2% match). Currently 23, base salary is ~100k and investments have brought 45k this year which has me teetering between a 22-24% tax bracket. Wondering what the usual tax bracket is of people retired (around 65yo) as I’m not sure anything would bring in significant income with the exception of investments. In my case would a Roth make sense? Appreciate any answers!!
