I’m looking at about 4 each with different focuses but mainly revolving around data analytics or entry level project analyst/coordinator. Should we buy a new property?
Context: newly engaged(27F & 30 M) we each own a house 1400 sqft(3 bed 2 ba $280 K bought 2021 @ $232K) & (4bed 2 ba $325 K bought 2020 @ $246 K) both at 3.0 interest rate.
We are looking to buy a new built 4 bed 3 ba for 4.75 for $370 K. The logic here is we will rent out our current properties and slowly build up our real estate portfolio. Don’t know if it makes sense. HHI is $425 K with an additional $100 K in passive variable income. No kids yet. TIA
