Black sheep here: I am seeing most people here are ambitious in career and always challenge to get the next high paying role (which I genuinely respect). Me here is content with my pay (~ TC 200k) and just trying to look for a stable exit to enjoy life and not even minding a bit of pay cut. Am I the only one…?

Anyone currently or recently worked as an ETW Producer at Nike? Would love to hear about your experience as a contractor there-and if you’re a remote ETW producer, definitely want to hear what it’s like! I’m up for this role but can’t make up my mind as I’m in a full-time position right now with unlimited PTO and vacation. The money for the ETW Nike role is a lot more though than my current ft salary. I’m stuck and don’t know what to do!

We hired an employee who was born female and identifies as male. How does this work with insurance, as our HRIS system will read “male,” but the employee has raised the question of gynecological health coverage. Currently we have changed his prefix to read “Mr” but we have left gender as “female” for insurance purposes. I would imagine the insurance companies have something in place for this situation, though?
