Around 3 months for paternity leave. It's flexible in how you want to take it.

Thanks! I meant do you have to have been there for at least a year (or some other amount of time) before you’re eligible

Eligible starting your first day. I've had coworkers who only worked for a couple weeks before taking theirs

I am very conservative in investment. Have $650K in CDs/HYS, $50K in stock funds, and maxing out 401K. I have no debt except $520K of house mortgage @ 2.6% interest rate (house value is approx $1M). Does it make sense to pay out a portion of the mortgage or should I invest more in the market?

Thoughts on timing baby number 2? The original plan was two kids less than 4 years apart; I was planning on trying this summer, but decided to delay because COVID. My daughter just turned 3, and I'm back and forth between just giving in and trying now so they're more closely spaced, or waiting until there's a vaccine even though they'll be further apart in age than I'd like. Thoughts? I'm 31 so biologically I'm not in a huge rush but I'm really starting to feel the baby fever.
