The process is online through the intranet. You submit a resignation date, reason and it automatically gets rolling

Resignation has to come from eseparation app. Try searching in Sparsh-> web apps. Don’t delay as any email verbal communication is not counted and last day is system calculated from this app.

Yes, date of resignation is usually considered for the notice period. In the RL, just state reason for leaving and state the date when you would like to get released. You can find lot of good samples via google search.

It usually does with the date of the email, irrespective of the company. The reason doesn’t need to include reason for leaving btw, just that you’re ready to leave - if she has a good rapport, she include things like how great full she is for the experiences etc

There is a simple app called esep. Ask her to open, fill in the details and submit. No one can delay it after that.
