As I completed one of the certifications part of the "Certification reward Program", I got a mail in April last week that I would get this amount on 31st May.

I have Finished Six sigma Green belt & after adding that on Resume along with 5 years of Warehouse experience, i got few interviews & was offered around 60k a year
Currently i am about to give CSCP (Certifed supply chain professional) exam.
What Base salary should i expect after getting Certified & 5 years of exp in Warehouse/operations/Management role?

Ibwill be staying in Canada and hope to work at M or B (ideally BCG but have solid references there and at M). I am looking at a Queens accelerated MBA, which is my ideal program. Q: Is it worthwhile looking into higher ranked programs outside of Canada given that this is my ideal program? Looking for advice. What the skills I can gain to be a cybersecurity consultant? I know it’s kinda vague as I know there are lot of fields you can specialize in. I have obtained CompTIA Sec+, CySA+ and CASP+ certification. I also passed CISSP. Now I don’t know what to do. Workwise I haven’t been staffed in cyber projects so I can’t explore what I like. What do you guys think are some hot skills that a cyber consultant has? And what’s the best way to obtain those skills?

I had my PHR back in early 2000, then made a career change to a paramedic (I know, right). I called SHRM and they said I'm eligible to test again even though I only currently have 1.5 yrs of HR.

I purchased the online study guide and it seems that HR has gone in a completely different direction - more operations related than employee relations etc.

Did anyone find this online training to be helpful? I test in July, so any tips would be greatly appreciated!
