What is typical comp for an AD in big pharma in a commercial strategy role? Currently at 230k+20% in consulting, trying to gauge if pay would go up down or stay the same if I jumped to a client role. I have 2 offers for role of Engineering Manager
1) BrowserStack - 54 lpa + stocks
2) MasterCard- 55 lpa

MasterCard is paying slightly higher than BrowserStack but there are no stock options. BrowserStack is giving me stock options.

I have two offers in hand. KPMG and Deloitte. CTC is almost same whereas variable is more in KPMG. I am inclined towards Deloitte India. But HR in KPMG told me that I won't be able to join KPMG India in future as I accepted their offer. I informed her within 2 weeks and didn't do anything for onboarding. I didn't ask to increase the amount or JB and I strongly believe I informed early so they can look for other candidates. Is this bluff? Any HR here to clarify

My husband follows Qanon and believes every conspiracy theory there is. He was completely normal until 2 years ago. I don’t know what to do, he will not agree to a divorce, or to sell the house and separate. Does EY GDS allows internal transfer to countries like Canada and the US. Although, I understand that technically these countries have different entities such as EY Canada and EY US but do they provide any help here?
