Ladies I need your help. Women’s health q. I have a history of burst cysts, never big enough to cause major issues luckily. But causes a lot of pain and bloating through my cycle. I asked my GP for a referral to a gyno (required in Canada to see a specialist) and she refused, said it is not serious enough to warrant further examination. However it is causing significant discomfort for me and I would like to get another opinion. I am afraid to ask her again though.

Senior strategy people: how independent would you expect a planner who’s a bit under a year in to a strategy career to be? Or if you’re a planner/senior planner, how independent were you at that point?

Asking for myself, I started my first strat role around 8 months ago and while I’ve been able to own some briefs and projects lately, I’m not seeing many opportunities to focus on owning briefs or strat on my core accounts. Should I be concerned about my development or is this normal?
