I just had two of the weirdest interview. I was interviewing for a payroll systems mgmt role and the first guy was a finance mgr and he didn't ask me anything. I basically interviewed him. The 2nd interviewer was the hr systems lead. She had read my resume and was super weirded out that my current role is the same as hers. I think she thought I was interviewing to replace her. She kept asking me what I would be doing. Like dude, do you not know why you are even interviewing me? Hard pass.

Inhouse designer in marketing for a data company. I was told to "hone a new technical skill" to better help the design team only (not social, or web teams).

I have a few ideas, but I wanted to see what you would do in my position to see if there are any skills I haven't thought of!!!!! TIA

I read somewhere that there is not probation period but employee can resign within three days without serving notice period

In india currently earning 28 lpa and got a job opportunity in jp morgan glasgow Uk(via referral) for 60000 pounds. But they are not providing any flight tickets or any initial accommodation. No relocation assistance at all.
Is it worth making the switch?

Would adcoms view (1) unfavorably since they could have landed a good role after college but didnt?
