Working in a market where there is female leadership but most of them are the racial majority with no interest in actually improving diversity. The leadership seems very focused on putting “their people” into the role, and as a minority woman, I’m seeing my team (diverse group of genders, races and nationalities) get sidelined. The racism is real and almost accepted- it’s shocking. How would you manage it? How would you fix it?

Having serious career concerns 1 year out of school - greatly need some advice/guidance. I finished my first year of B4 audit and I’m not sure if this is for me, or even if accounting is for me. I don’t mind that it’s boring, what bothers me is that I feel like it’s not something I’m good at. My plan was to stay at B4 audit until I make senior, then leave for a senior analyst position, away from accounting. Is it better to get out now or stay until senior?
