The way firms throw wads of cash at attempts to impress associates then nickel and dime us on the small stuff makes no sense. I find myself looking at forums all day to fund an answer and get frustrated for being so incompetent. My teams helps, but they are busy doing other things and can’t answer my questions all the time.
