What is the best consulting firm for cyber

I’m convinced that the reason some of these firms are so prestigious is because they have intentionally exclusionary recruitment practices. I used to believe that you had to already be rich to get hired at MBB. Now being on the other side of the recruitment process , I really do feel that it rings true. I hate the way we evaluate candidates and decide on who is “high priority” during coffee chats.

With the rest of the guys I am ambivalent and not taking super directed steps or being my natural super into self as I am not super into them. I am a great conversationalist though and the interest part they get to know only later. Contd

not sure if this is appropriate for this bowl, but I recently got my MA in IO Psych & I have had my eye on BetterUp as a career goal for a while. I totally understand if it’s too competitive/I’m not a good fit- but is this now an org where you typically need to know someone to land an interview? Just curious on thoughts

I'm an experienced Generalist/HRBP for an extremely high volume/large org. I have a masters in HROD and SHRM-CP. My role is getting to be more and more transactional by the day, all my strategic projects get pushed to the side by the endless daily fires that are, inevitably, tracking down employees and data entry. I'm actively looking for a new role (preferably Sr generalist etc), but can't seem to stand out among the crowd. Any tips? Louisville, KY.
