How do referral policies differ from company to company?
Do OA(Online Assessment) round get skipped n direct interview rounds start?
Or
OAs mandatory like the normal application?
Can I get referrals to onsite locations directly? Kindly list companies in which OA are skipped if I get referrals.

I recently started the interview process for a Senior TA role for a small (50 ish people) but well funded med tech startup which I am new to (ive only worked with larger or atleast established organizations) I would love to hear about your experience working in a startup environment! I have 10 years experience and have been feeling kind of stale lately so I am seeking a new environment.

Just finished successfully passed my second IAD (investment advice diploma) exam expect to have the third within 2 weeks, have three years relationship management experience at associate level and 2 at analyst level and have multiple degrees (been really fortunate) I want to head into the wealth manager position/junior banker. Can anyone advise the best way to position myself? Would prefer internally from a training point of view but open to external.

I have a parent with vascular dementia who I can see starting to slowly get worse. Some of the symptoms are paranoia, mood swings, and sometimes hallucinations. She is able to do her day to day but the symptoms above make her hard to get along with sometimes. It's really emotionally draining and I feel like I have no one to talk to about it. I'm in the interview process for a FA position in the sales finance team at a big tech startup. There's going to be an excel test for this that is done on the spot. Recently got an offer from PharmEasy for the Data Analyst role with a 30 % hike from current salary at Deloitte, where CTC is 8.1 LPA
But will have to pay in the training cost along with the joining bonus which comes up to 2.4 lac. Really confused what to do as I've been on bench for 3 months now with no learning opportunity and don't know what kind of projects I might get ahead and what about the wlb as compared to PharmEasy.
