I feel like I’ve been sucking at my job lately. We are also understaffed on the account team but we all have a “hunker down and get through it” attitude. But it’s been that way the last 6 months since I started. My mental health is declining behind the scenes, and I’m watching my peers thrive in other departments that have more support. I’ve been vocal to my boss without seeming whiney. How do you keep your morale up when things have been choppy for a while and with no end in sight?
