My company misplaced my official approval notice since I transferred right around the beginning of the pandemic and we went into a lockdown. Lawyers and HR are saying that a copy will suffice and I don’t need my official notice. I’m still worried. Has anyone been requested to provide an official copy during the interview? To clarify I am trying to travel abroad for visa stamping and then come back.
