Anyone get pregnant after they stopped HIIT workouts? Trying to see if it would be worth adjusting my workout routine to see if that helps with getting a positive pregnancy test. Im 6 months in TTC so I know I may I be a bit early to thinking I need to make adjustments but I’m willing to do whatever if I can be a little bit more in control - advice anyone ?

My fertility metrics (AMH etc) improved significantly between two pregnancies and my RE attributed to my carrying an extra 10lb. One tiny data point.

Thank you! Do you know what the difference in your body fat would be after that, or do you have an estimate on your body fat % both pre and post your two pregnancies you mentioned? I am on the smaller side so trying to gauge what that equates to proportionally

Have you tried some yoga? I got my BFP yesterday and was TTC same amount of time but only thing I changed in the last month was 3-4 times a week yoga and took some supplements (black cohosh, vitex, evening primrose oil and dong quai up to several days before ovulation). I can’t confirm whether that did the trick, or if it’s pure coincidence

Does anyone have advice on how to keep track of cases? I am 6 months in at a small med/insurance firm. When we are assigned cases by clients, it's my job to request and organize the medical records. We're starting to get dozens of COVID cases, in addition to regular litigation cases, and I am SO OVERWHELMED. I did a quick estimation and there’s a possibility that the egg retrieval day might be in the end of my client project. The difficulty is that you don’t know which day it is until maybe 2or3 days ahead. How do you guys handle this last-minute PTO day? 34 and 9 weeks pregnant. Still haven’t even told my mom as my husband is still not convinced we should ever be parents. He has a congenital condition and will likely need an organ transplant at 60 according to docs. So he wants to enjoy our lives and not be tied down. It makes sense. Unsure if I will ever regret this. I think an MC is about to start but after this long last year+ of TTC an ounce of me doesn’t want to accept it... I started light pink spotting yesterday (at the timing of what would be my second missed period) but today the spotting is a darker brown.
