Need advice. Have some credit card debt that I’ve been working to pay off. Have made progress but want to lower it quickly. We have dual income, with a house (~$300k in equity), 1 kid and 1 on the way. I’ve looked into debt consolidation via HELOC but also have ~$80k in vested equity in my company that I haven’t touched. I just got diagnosed with ADHD at 30. After years of being the weird one, problem child and dealing with my own mental and sensory overload issues I’m so relieved to have a diagnose I could cry. I am now getting recommendations to avoid medication and try therapy. Can anyone speak to that approach? I kind of feel like I’m getting that recommendation because people don’t believe ADHD is a real issue.

Got pregnant through Letrazole + Ovidrel IUI and my doctor has me on estrogen 2mg 3 times a day and progesterone 200mg 2 times a day. I’m week 7 and already am or feel huge. I’m so paranoid these hormones are making me gain so much unnecessary weight in my first trimester. I’ve been eating the same and literally none of my pants fit. Will my body readjust when I finally hit week 10 and can hopefully be off both hormones? Any advice here?
