I did, and it got me my job at Deloitte. Went from business/supply chain to data science. Opened up doors I could’ve never imagined.

Yep. Undergrad bio. Grad information systems

MBA after a poli sci/criminal justice/history undergrad, though that's probably more typical than a non-MBA masters.

Undergrad pre-med. Grad school public policy and data science, though I was doing policy related extracurriculars in undergrad.
I love it.

I did an undergrad in business, but don’t really think it’s for me. Looking to explore other paths

Undergrad in Health Admin and Public Policy. Grad in Information Systems.

So I was a municipal attorney for approximately 3 years and I did a lot of contracts, I see a lot of contracts counsel/contracts manager attorney positions. Am I out of my mind for applying to these? Been with an Asphalt and Concrete contractor in suburban Chicagoland for a little over 2 years now, and am going into a compensation discussion tomorrow after informing my boss I no longer wish to be on a draw.

Current comp plan is as follows:
Salary- ~48k w/ draw up to about 80k, full OTE with commissions should be ~170000, this is all increased by kickers every 250k in sales that increase commission/draw

My questions is if the draw is removed, how much salary should I be asking for?

Hey there,

I am in TAC for a fairly large networking company. I am making 48k a year with decent benefits and unlimited PTO. I love working at this company and my boss is fantastic. However, I feel as though I am being underpaid given my credentials. I have my CCNA and almost have my CWNA. I am coming up on a year at the company and want to start either negotiating higher pay or looking elsewhere. What should I do and how should I go about it?

I'm trying to get into MBB for SC strategy consulting roles. I'm working for a boutique analytics consulting firm and I've done a fair bit of Supply Chain Modeling. Any leads would be helpful!

What does it take to enter into a PM role from an analyst level role at a consulting firm? Are other roles in big tech more lucrative or popular from a consulting background standpoint? What level of coding knowledge is required for these roles?

I have a take home case study for a strategy role at a growth stage startup. With case studies like this, are you supposed to email to ask for more data? They say I can ask questions if I need clarity but it’s not clear if They can provide more info or not, anyone got any experience with this?

Help…got a great offer at a tech company (non-FAANG), know several people on the team and they all swear they do not work more than 40 hours/week.
