Why does USDC supply chain send some to DU, while other OPs don’t. Wouldn’t we all benefit?

Now that I see the transparency post, I was able to confirm that I am getting paid way less than I'm worth. Is there anything I can do about it? I have an absolutely absent coach, decent mentors/leaders who were supposed to advocate for me, but I'm being paid at an analyst level whilst working as a consultant and carrying my project (according to my team manager)

I got a promotion this year and did not receive any pay raise and my bonus was the same as last year (a mere 2%). I tried to have a conversation my leadership about the situation but they have not entertained my request so far. And then I hear the Core got pay raises from 8-22%. I think it is totally unfair how USDC taking all the hit from Covid while Core reaping the benefit of our hard work as well. USDC Leadership has failed us time and time again

Is anyone still killing themselves trying to hit utilization or have people just given up? So many people I have spoken with aren't going to hit utilization. And most of those people have said f it.

Btw: coaches and managers are being told if you don't hit utilization you will not be promoted this year and will likely not get AIP.

What are the main differences from the Core Consulting Talent Model and USDC?

Learning now that I am in a rare talent model. If you’re in USDC ONE advisory and care to share your YOE, Base, and TC - I would love to get this underrepresented group a baseline to have some realistic expectations for the upcoming adjustments.

Anyone else in the USDC have a call with our PPMD re: Salary Adjustment? Care to share what this is about? I have one next Wednesday and am just curious to know what is going on. I did not request this meeting the POMD put it on my calendar.
