Does anyone teach in class elementary, middle, or high school and also teaches college level? If so, how did you get the college level job? I have a masters and specialist degree and teach in class. I also want to teach college level online but have a hard time either finding a position available or applying. If a headhunter has asked you about the same agency 4 times and always submitted you, but never gotten you an interview, would it be bad for me to reach out to the agency in my own?

PSA: didn’t think anyone needed to hear this, but apparently many do. When you’re interviewing for a job you actually want, and the interviewer asks if you have any questions for them at the end, have questions ready, and legitimate ones. It’s a really bad look when candidates say “no I don’t have any questions,” or they ask something incredibly stupid like “what cool swag do you get?”

I have 2 years experience in FDD, and was just promoted to senior. I was a campus hire, so I have no experience in audit whatsoever. I'm looking for a change of pace, and want to make the jump to A&M. Im curious where my yoe would land me, whether that be in a SA or A position? Ive seen on a few job postings from A&M that for SA it is a minumum 2 years audit, with one year FDD. Im just curious how they would place me considering 2 years FDD but no audit experience.

I got approved for the SaT FDD rotation this summer, but tbh idk if I can make it until then. Audit is terrible right. But I think I might burn some bridges if I left. Anyone have any thoughts on this? Should I wait it out and do the rotation or just apply somewhere else.
