How many fixed breaks do you take per day in your work during wfh and during wfo?

I hate that our time focus is on billable hours. Minimum 55 hours really means working at least 12 hours M-Th, 10 on Fri, and 6 during the weekend once you factor in G&A and and other random things.

What is everyone's thoughts on Agile?

I know it is the "Way" these days, but I worked under Waterfall for the first half of my career and feel we generally produced better products. Thoughts?
