Hi All. What is the best way to allocate 25 Lakh INR in savings into different investments to maximize returns. I recently moved out of India so Tax rebate is not a consideration for me. I already have 6 lakh plus invested in PF and MFs but I want to invest more as my money is getting depreciated in the savings bank account.

Targeting btw Mar 1 - Apr 1 move in (flexible). Unit is $3,137/mo and is rent stabilized meaning rent bumps will be in the 0-2% range / yr. Lease goes through Aug 31st and can be renewed. Not Covid price which makes it a super rare deal. Id ballpark about 700-800sf. Any qs let me know!
