Folks my employer has filled for prevailing wage determination with DOL. Going by current processing it will take atleast 5 months to get it back. My question is can I push the lawyer to start the recruitment process? I understand that they have to wait for pwd to come back and then file for Perm with DOL (provided offered wage is higher or equal to pwd else they’ll have to restart the recruitment). So apart fron taking this risk anyother thing I should consider? Have you or anyone you know….

Hi! I currently have a H1B amendment application filed for a location change with my current team that is in progress.

I'm interested in a new role with another internal team within my firm. I am concerned about moving forward with this considering another amendment would need to be filed while the existing application is on going. Has anyone faced this situation? Would my new petition have any impact based on the outcome of the previous one considering it is the same firm?
