Are we our own worst critics? Despite getting glowing reviews from above, I can’t help but feel like I don’t do enough or quick enough or efficiently enough. This causes anxiety and stress for me.

Our 6th grade schedule changed this year & our 45 min Flex period is now first thing in the morning. Students who have signed up for instrumental and chorus are pulled that block but it’s supposed to be “intervention” for the others. I joined Accenture this month and got a mail from Bgv team that my employment verification is on hold as I don't have experience letter from my last organization, i did provide them relieving letter as experience letter from my last company will take around 40-45 days. My concern is will that create an issue or i can provide them the letter post 45 days. Do they wait that long??

What if a company didn't give salary break up in the offer letter and say 18 lpa with 10% TDS deductions and 6 months probation period. Please let me know the in hand salary...
