Given the current wait times to get the AP processed, I am not sure whether it’s worth the wait. The other issue is that I cannot leave the country until my AP gets approved otherwise it will get discontinued. Let me know if I should wait it out and get the AP?

What are the advices if get laid off before my H1B takes effect on Oct 1st this year? My H1B case just got approved, but won’t be effective until Oct 1st. There are lay off happening at my firm over the next 2 months which will be before my H1B effective date. I am currently on CPT, and my spouse doesn’t have status either. Thanks for sharing advices.

BCG fishes, what's BCG's green card sponsorship policy? I have received I140 from my current employer. If I move, will BCG immediately file for a new PERM for me? Or if there a 2 years services req?

Hi 🐟! For people that have been to the biometric appointment recently in NYC, were you allowed to bring your cell phone and bag with you? The appointment notice says “no cell phone is allowed”, so I’m not sure if I can even bring my phone with me into the building?
