Anyone got an offer letter from TCS recently? I have cleared the interviews on 17th May and then they confirmed that I have cleared it and asked to upload the documents. Post that I have not got any update and on the portal, it shows as Evaluation in Progress.

does it normally take up to a week+ to receive a written offer with final salary after receiving a verbal one with a range? its a $10k salary range and given my experience, the company’s financial position and the role itself, my recruiter submitted for full ask (six figures) but is still waiting for the green light from executives to send out the final offer letter. what are the odds I’ll get full and should I negotiate if it’s below?

I'm currently working with Capgemini at C1 level. I have an offer from TCS of 20L(with variable) and I have asked for permanent onshore to CG for retention. CG is trying to get me in the onsite project and now they have offered me 18.5L(with variable) and 1.5L retention bonus with C2 promotion.

I am selected company and got 1st offer in hand. I feel company selected good candidates like me for same position but they offered me it means I expected less salary compare to other peers.

Why I feel so ? -> HR mentioned we will release offer in week but they taken almost month and release offer to me.

I feel min 10% I can renogotiate with other counter offer.

How much to renogotiate with 1st company in last 1/2 week of last working day ?
