Anyone got any advice on how to move from being a digital designer to becoming a digital/interactive Producer?

I've done some online Project Management certifications.

Ex healthcare workers in Tech/Sales Engineering/ Healthcare consulting;
I have my masters in nursing/FNP (1 yr) making <K70 (Indiana) due to low patient census in my role. No desire for a different FNP job nor to return to bedside nursing (RN 5 yrs). I have heard of some individuals with remote positions making >K100 with little to no experience in tech or consulting after doing a boot camp or cert?
If you pivoted; What’s your current role/ Income & what did you do to complete the transition?

Hello! I authored all of the briefs in a 9th circuit appeal. My managing partner did the oral argument. Opinion was issued today; and we lost on appeal. The decision was issued as “for publication” opinion. Do I add this case to my Resume/CV list of published opinions? Yes, we’re on the losing side (we lost below too; we were the appellant); but it’s still a published case where I was the brief writer. Would you still “claim” it on your Resume/CV as evidence of your appellate experience?

Imagine you're looking for a remote job at a large company with a sophisticated marketing function, strong manager, and room for growth. Making good traction, but then you're contacted by a company in a niche that FASCINATES you...like you read books about this subject for fun, you'd probably love this job. It's remote, the salary is good, the manager is nice, but you'd be the most senior marketing person; the company is about 200 people. What would you do?

Majority of my department has been informed we will need to look for other positions internally due to our jobs being outsourced. The timeframe for the full transition of all work to the vendors is approximately 6 months. This is the second time in 14 months I have had to look for another position due to outsourcing of work. Since I can only work remotely for my company due to location, is it best to resign or to hold out in hopes for a transition to another department?

Thinking of pivoting (in the next few years) from a big4 consulting firm making decent money to something more meaningful (to me) and hands-on but maybe seen as “lower”. I’m willing and able to go back to school or relocate for a new career, and as long as I can pay bills & save some, money isn’t a huge deal to me.

Some (def not all) ideas I’m spitballing:
Forestry services
Bartender
Mechanic
EMT
Seasonal work in national parks
Pilot
Electrician
Radiology tech

Talk me into/out of it!
