Anyone got any good work from home jobs? Looking to start something new that I can do at home!

I have over 10 years experience in design/marketing. The companies I worked for are small businesses (Less than 100 employees) so I’ve had to wear many hats (e-mail, print, social media management & ads, and very little google analytics and ads). I’m considering a change in career and would like to work fully-remote. I feel inadequate for the current workplace. I know no UX/UI, relatively no web design, no video experience. Is it imposter syndrome? Any tips or recommendations?

With all the remote & hybrid roles, what have been some successful strategies to onboard new hires so that they can fully immerse in the company culture & values? What are some practices you have done or experienced from your employer that keeps you (the new hire) engaged?

What to say when applying for remote job , outside India when asked on LinkedIn, 'Will you require visa sponsorship now or anytime in future" ?
