New job original start date end of june. Pre screens completed timely but slow results. I followed up last week and also said start date move to july 11th because I need all clear to resign. Finally get all clear today and I want to push the new start date back another week but the recruiter says I should stick to the 11th. I really need the time to recharge but I am super excited about the new role. What would you do?

So, a recruiter gave me feedback that my lack SPHR or SHRM-SCP is causing my resume to be knock out by AI and human recruiters despite my position and work history in Multinationals and being in Technology. They suggested that we put SPHR ( Lapsed). I let it lapse in 2017. What is your opinion? Plus if I were to take another certification - should I take SPHR or SHRM-SCP?
Which agencies ARE well staffed? Getting annoyed with the shenanigans at mine where we take on more work without hiring/replacing.

I’m still entry level currently right now I work in media planning and on the side I write articles for an online magazine surrounding things to do in NYC. Has anyone found success to transfer from usi to another firm
Had a take home case analysis on product development strategy last weekend (already submitted). I now need to present in a day. My concern is that I feel I didn’t cover a lot of relevant things in my analysis. Is it a good idea to create a new ppt (on the same lines but the things that matter - especially around the recommendation) to present in the interview? Or would it look unprofessional?
These are the benefits for a client we’re working with that needs Sales Engineers and Applications Engineers ASAP! These are regionally specific jobs that can sit in SC, CA, NC, GA, anywhere from Houston to Chicago - pretty much just hit me up if you’ve got an engineering degree and some moxy!

Heyo everyone! Anybody have connection to Nike? Nike is a company I am interested in & I would love to meet and chat.
I’ve decided to make my career in the government side of consulting. Been doing it 10 years. Seems hard to find jobs where I manage people unless at a big 4. Anyone else find this true?
A previous employer reached out and offered me a Senior Product Designer role with a 40% increase base salary. I am considering this, as I have been feeling under utilized at my current role + dealing with of uncertainty lately. But I would be forfeiting a lot of RSUs if I leave. I am in the middle of my vesting period (2/4 yrs), and this year alone would have 256 shares vesting (~$500 share price). The new role will come with shares, but at a small share price. Anyone had similar experience?
Hi fishes. Need advice. What is highest salary for senior business analyst in Credit Suisse India, Bangalore branch? Thanks.

Hello everyone, can anyone help with salary negotiations for a popular social media tech company working as a Workforce Analyst with no software needing advanced Excel experience. Any advice is appreciated!
I’m a contracts specialist and have been in my role for 2 years. Prior to that, I had 3 years of experience with bidding as well. Any others in the same role care to share salaries? I’m feel I’m being underpaid but am not sure. I’d also love to hear about any experiences working for the government in this role as I am considering making a change from a private company.
I am currently working in a leading architecture and design firm for almost a year now. I have 3 years of experience. When I started in this firm I was told that they will reconsider my position in sometime. I recently asked HR regarding salary review, but he denied and said they are not considering anymore salary this year and next salary considerations would be in Q1 of next year(6 more months). I know I’m being underpaid. What should do or how should I negotiate?
I’m currently a Chief of Staff (ignore post title) negotiating a new job title. The proposed from Co. that I’m working with is “Senior Manager” (mapped to “level 9”) with a lot following it to describe the team. Director is not allowable but could present “associate director”. Which carries more clout (“senior manager” vs “associate director”) at your org? Team involves digital strat, ops, implementation at well-known co and trying to reflect high level of the role but concerned SM mistranslates

Hey everyone! I’m new here! I recently accepted a new position (three months ago) and I excitedly accepted the first offer of the salary not knowing allll of the responsibilities that came with this position. I have opened the door about renegotiating my salary for this position and my boss was open to it. What research can I do to see the salary ranges for this position? It’s as a cash application specialist. This positions duties were held by 3 people and is now combined into 1 role.

Hey guys, I'm a biomedical technician I with no degree and I'm about to hit my one year anniversary with the company. I currently make $21 is it possible to negotiate a higher pay grade since I now have experience and good rep? Most techs start off at about $36 or 54k on average from what I've researched.
Working on a salary negotiation with a company. Their initial offer came in at $120k. Based on my research and the fact that I exceed all their posted min/preferred quals, I am looking for closer to $127k. I've drafted up my counter and looking for some input on it - posting in comments:
Hi all! My team has grown by three people in the last month. For the last 4 years it had solely been my responsibility for all job functions within my team. My manager has now added 3 additional “me”s and keeps asking me to make them copies of me. Fine with me. HOWEVER - I’ve now come to find out that one has a higher job grade, title, etc from me off the get. I have 9 years in the role, 12+ years in a corporate setting, I am by all accounts a hardworking, efficient, and well regarded…

Also want to understand salary ranges for each that I should anticipate / push for?
