I’m miserable in my job and it is driving me to a breaking point. I am trying to network to move teams but I have heard that internal mobility is extremely tough to get and I’m just so, so tired. I’m considering a leave of absence to restore my mental health, but I’m worried about how this might impact an internal move if I were to try to do one after a LOA. Does anyone have any insight? I haven’t been getting any interviews from my external applications

I started a new job a month ago and I think I've made a huge mistake. I wanted work life balance, went to a well-known company that has a reputation for it, and have quickly learned that this will be quite the opposite. I am beginning to panic. How do I deal with applying for jobs, specifically the issue of "erasing" this job from my work history without getting in trouble?
