Recently Store Managers have been offering me jobs from different locations but same company in my town. The company is T-Mobile. It’s going to be my first job. I have a couple questions for any former/current employees. Is it better to work for T-Mobile, metro by T-Mobile, or a third party T-Mobile? Any difference in benefits or wage? Thanks

Currently interviewing with Facebook (Meta) and looking for advice from other Technical Recruiters that recently joined. I’d be leaving a great company after less than 1 year, but I’d get the chance to upgrade my leveling (perhaps even mgmt) with the bonus of getting experience at a FAANG company. I've worked at the same engineering firm for 4 years. I'm currently making $161k with only a $750 bonus, but excellent vacation (4 weeks, cash out anytime, rolls over indefinitely), 45 hours a week. I have an interview with a recruiter at Guidehouse this week for a Technical Project Manager role. It seems to be focused in the government space and requires a security clearance. What sort of salary and benefits could I expect for this sort of role at Guidehouse?

They’re really just known for restructuring. If you went there to do something else you’d be like the Ferrari mechanic at a Ford dealer - wrong skill set and probably not a great fit.
I’m in Enterprise Improvement, joined after Accenture Strategy. Very happy at AP, work has been challenging by very rewarding. More impact than I’ve seen at most other firms. Smaller firm so we don’t have all the resources as the big firms but the people are very good in general
I’ve never seen us compete against the big 4 for any work. MBB, ATK and some niche boutique consulting firms are our usual competitors in enterprise improvement.
We have had a number of folks leave us for Alix (funny, not the other way around). All like it a great deal. Not all restructuring just as AT Kearney is not all sourcing (actually we are). Seriously, they report your alignment with 1-2 partners is more significant than most at Alix.
I'm not in restructuring and I like it a lot here. Culturally, they push that we're one company so bonuses and raises aren't different across each group like they can be at the Big4 (I used to be at EY). Pay is higher on average for whatever you do. Bonuses are amazing (20-40%). Insurance is super cheap. Lost of perks even for those not in restructuring.
D1 doesn't know what he is talking about. restructuring isn't even the largest group anymore. Management consulting practice (enterprise improvement) has been growing rapidly.
Good to hear all of this information and I really appreciate all of your responses. Respect to ATK1 for the honesty!! Hearing outstanding things about the people at Alix and the work that is done.
Dir1...thanks for the input as well I was hoping more would answer than just D1 as I could tell it was a relatively misinformed answer. Additionally, as a man who has great respect for a good analogy, it was a very poor one.
AP2 - what level did you join at? Can you help provide a little more clarity on the difference in responsibility of a Vice President vs Senior Vice President? From LinkedIn looks like a lot of people skip over VP to SVP in a couple years, but the recruiting requirements are significantly different. (3-8 yrs vs 8-15). Also can you provide some more detail on the comp if you don’t mind?
