We all start our jobs full of hope and promise. That same hope and promise may still be there. However, the eventual grind or consistent overcommitment of anything will trigger you towards Burnout if you are not aware of them.

Be aware if you are consistently over-committing to something that will burn you out. Take breaks. Change your patterns. Whatever you need to do. Just don't overdo it.

7th year of H1b and have I140 PD in June 2020 (Chinese)... getting tired of my current job and want to do a MBA then switch career. Is it still possible? Is EY currently filing I-140 and I-485 concurrently for EB1C cases ? What’s the benefit of filing concurrently? If I do that now along with EAD and AP when can I get GC in hand ?
