I currently work hybrid, have 2 kids, a nanny, and a husband who works long hours. Because we are moving out of state, I was offered a FT remote position. I am not sure I want to accept the offer or look for a position that is in person. I did the remote work for a year and half, 5 days a week. I'm just not sure if I would want to work from home all week.
