My mom thinks that I’m slowly going insane and wants to me go home and take a year break from work. I hate my job but I still take it way seriously than I should. Like if a client questions my results during a meeting, I get nauseous sometimes throw up after. Depression and anxiety can keep me up for weeks. Has anyone taken a break before?
