TCS is forcing and threating employees to come back to ofc..they don't listen there employees at all..they will send mail...and stating if they will come ..HR action will be taken,.what rubbish TCS ..my friend..his salary is 35k per month...he has loan of 25 lack..till wfh he managed...but now after getting back to Bangalore he can't....He begged to HR to let him continue WFH...they refused...in his hometown ... No one there to look there parents.there health normally not use to good.

A few obvious key differences I can think off.
1. Startup offering better compensation approx 10-20 % higher
2. Startup will have better learning opportunities
3. Big4 would have better WLB
4. Big4 would have better job security

Hi All, two questions (1) does anyone know how much time does it take for a salesforce recruiter to covert a ‘verbal offer’ into an formal ‘offer letter’. (2)
Also, what are the kind of employment checks they run post generating the offer letter and how long does that process takes to complete? I presume after the reference checks, they issue an unconditional offer letter?

I have been offered a position in-house at a $500M-$1B company, mid-sized city LCOL, 10 YOE in private practice. They offered me $120k, w opp for undefined discretionary bonus. No paid parental leave or 401(k) match & only 1 week PTO in first year (but claim they have discretion for more). Is there any way to salvage this? Salary guides suggest TC should be around $200-215k. I want to get my foot in the door but this seems crazy low.
