I got emails from 4/5 companies I interviewed for that they're not hiring anymore because of Corona. What would you do if you were fresh out of b-school and this happened?

Right now I work for PSCU and I make $20/hr as a service desk tech. PatientPoint just offered me a job for an L2 position @ $24/hr. PSCU came back and gave me a counter-offer of pulling me in as a direct-hire, $2k sign-on bonus, and $21/hr.

PSCU is 100% remote and PatientPoint is 3 days in-office 2 days remote.

I can't for the life of me decide what to do.

The L2 thing is exciting.

PSCU is a non-profit. Glassdoor seems to favor PSCU.

Tips to successfully exit to freelance work? I've burned with Consulting and need an interim step before finding my next gig. Would love to freelance as an intermediate step but not sure now to start.
