Cardio 1-2 times and that’s like a 15-20 min walk at most. Diet 75% vegan. How can I drop this weight? Like take care of yourself, it's ok to feel such and such, etc. I'm still newer to therapy so wondering if that's the common experience? I like STA’s technical analysis and thought I’d share some of my own. Some of the same names and a few names off the beaten path.
