I had to take a level down since some commercial folks don't recognize 1-to-1 YOE in fed to commercial -but it worked!

@OP there is growth in that area. Recommend finding Principal in your office that is responsible for CCG and then look at his pyramid. Find a Lead Associate that you can reach out to for some mentoring discussions. At this point it's still pretty much networking based.

What's your background? Some exp lends itself to an easier transition.
