I was told by management they see me in a more supervisory role at my first year review and during meetings. My second year review comes and there’s no talk about a promotion - instead it says “we can’t wait to see her excel“ and my raise and increase were the same as the prior year. I have never come across as rude as tcs onboarding team HR. . Tata Consultancy They are literally incapable of handling of a crowd of 100 people and. I am surprised how they are planning to onboarding avg of 200 people on single day.
