If you are starting as an Audit Associate some time from now with Deloitte or any of the big 4, do they expect you to have passed/completed all 4 parts by the time you start? Received the Becker Reimbursement email from the recruiter not too long ago but have yet to start. I’ve seen plenty of people get to Senior at a big 4 firm without the CPA so I am a bit confused in that aspect. Any helpful feedback will be very much appreciated.

If you're a seasoned adjuster, then you understand the claims data flow. Start taking data and analytics classes, level up. There's always a need for data analytics talent within the claims division of an insurance company, and the pay is much better than that of an adjuster. Target data analytics and data engineering. Maybe start by completing SQL and Python classes to get your foot in the door. Good luck!
Thanks this sounds like something worth looking into!
Seconding what the other poster said. Business roles related to claim generally pay more - I'm still in insurance but currently training to become a Scrum Master. I was an adjuster for 3 years and could not be happier I left.

Yes, anything in IT or business analysis would be good. I transitioned from claims to internal audit. Underwriting could be another option.
Define well paying, and which market you’re in.
I would say I am open to anything but not less than 70k
I have been an independent adjuster for over 10 years, the money has dwindled down since i got into this and i recently got a pretty good salary position but i feel the burn out it is very real too. a lot of my career and having kids juggling the 60+ hour work weeks 6-7 days a week i could not do it anymore. i have found not many things out there you can do with the endless skills learned while an adjuster that pay anything decent. i am following! :)
It all depends on experience and variety of claims you've handled. If you dont like claims...get out before you get stuck by salary (which can be quite good). Claims are always difficult, frustrating and difficult to balance work-life.
If you actually LIKE claims and are good at it - work on diversifying experience, types of losses and you'll definitely get paid.
Suggest looking at open positions on the broker side that are looking for former adjusters for claims/loss control positions.
