When I feel disrespected at work or in my personal life, I eat my feelings. Urgh.

I am facing a difficult decision of keeping my home and renting it out or selling it. My family isn't as financially savvy so I kind of am left on my own to figure this out as I had to figure out college, car purchasing, and purchasing of the home originally. Just a reminder to those who have support in this regard to really appreciate what you have. It's hard out here for those of us who make these decisions on our own.

This is in regards with my resignation. I have resigned on 22nd March (LWD : 22 June ) on medical grounds. Since then, my hr has asked for my prescriptions and medical certificates to give me an early release.

But yesterday, She is stating that my lwd is revised to 18th April with a clause that since my release is on medical grounds I can't join any other orgs before 22june. If joined, there will be problem in background verification.

I’m sure this GSB rant happens every year but I genuinely don’t understand why they run their process the way they do…surely someone in that school can see that the way they treat their applicants is disrespectful.

Hi all, I’m considering MBA programs but my , GMAT/GRE, UG and grad GPA are all pretty awful. What I do have is great work experience (10 years) and high comp (400k+). Do I have a shot at getting into any top MBA program by virtue of making the school look good on exit numbers since I’d likely continue same company and role? What’s a strategy to go with here? EMBA?
