Anyone have a sense of senior comms manager or director salaries in-house for tech companies? Specifically Meta, Amazon, TikTok, etc

Two friends who are comms managers at Amazon are making between $120-150K in case that’s helpful as you think about senior comms manager roles.

Ahh, i was talking about base. Sorry for not clarifying!

Wow. Just had to educate a client that tipping min 18% is expected as consulting is a service industry. If you can’t afford to tip, just don’t hire consultants. I’m literally shaking.

Long time agency person, considering joining an in house crisis team at a global company. Wouldn’t be my first time doing crisis work but would be my first time doing exclusively crisis. Have a serious case of imposter syndrome and trying to figure out how to shake it. I think it’s impacting my levels of anxiety as well. Does anyone have any advice or things that have made you feel better?

Lately, a lot of recruiters have been reaching out. I'm mostly happy in my role and w/my company (no longer w/Edelman), but one job caught my eye with a huge salary and title bump at a comparable company, culture and work wise. Interviews are going well - I'm torn about leaving - things are good now but some extra $$ for what seems like a similar experience seems like a no-brainer. Yet, I feel sad about potentially leaving my current company. Anyone have a similar experience? What happened?
