Question for people in forensic field - Is there a reason why many forensic roles prefer people who can speak multiple languages? I mean I understand that there are international arbitration type of work, but is that all? How would your language skill benefit you in these roles? Appreciate your inputs.

Lately, a lot of recruiters have been reaching out. I'm mostly happy in my role and w/my company (no longer w/Edelman), but one job caught my eye with a huge salary and title bump at a comparable company, culture and work wise. Interviews are going well - I'm torn about leaving - things are good now but some extra $$ for what seems like a similar experience seems like a no-brainer. Yet, I feel sad about potentially leaving my current company. Anyone have a similar experience? What happened?
