Graduating this December and have 2 offers thus far, and not sure which route to choose. My first offer is District manager position ALDI, which includes 100k salary which slowly increases each year. My second offer is a technical sales position keyence, which is around 85k total compensation. Which option do you think will pay better in the long run, and which will provide me with more opportunity moving forward.
Hi Folks,
I have 3 yoe in Application Security.
I have an offer from Leadsquared inc for around 17lpa. I am currently working at almost half of the current package.
I dont have any idea like wlb and politics in LeadSquared.
Current increment is due in November but i dont think Synopsys will give 100% increment. At best, my guess they can raise it upto 12-13 lpa.
Is it worth it to go to LeadSquared from Synopsys?
Hi guys, I need an advice. I have completed my salary discussion with TCS and awaiting offer letter. HR told me I will receive it in the first week of Jan. However before joining I am getting calls from projects in TCS who are asking my experience, notice period etc and some basic questions regarding my work as well. Please tell me is this normal? I have notice period of 60 days. Tata Consultancy

I’ve been through the gamut on this, this is the best info I can give you based in years of doctors visits and investigating.
Food intolerances are like an iceberg- showing up on an allergy test is the tip of the iceberg, but there are many people who still have intolerances that do not show up on a blood or patch test.
If you want to see if you have a food intolerance, google how to go on an “elimination diet.” Basically you eat a very limited diet for two weeks, add in another food group, eat that two more weeks, etc, until you hit foods that may trigger you.
You should also note that sometimes one food can be irritating your system and make you less able to digest or tolerate foods that would otherwise be fine because your whole system is disrupted.
In my case, I found out I have celiac disease. It took a LONG time to figure out, but I discovered it was the cause of absolutely debilitating acid reflux. Once I stopped eating gluten I found I could have other foods in moderation that I didn’t used to be able to tolerate at all. In my case, I got a genetic blood test that looks for genes associated with celiac disease, went on a gf diet, and when I felt better in time we figured it out.
Hope this helps, and good luck!
P1 covered it well - I’ll add that stress can be an exacerbating factor. I had a very sensitive stomach in my 20s, couldn’t pin down any particular food cause (though like you, high fat dairy was definitely a problem). Much better in my 30s (from 2-3 times per week down to about once a month - and I can eat ice cream again!), best guess is just that I’m happier / less stressed. But who knows. Stomachs are jerks!
Yeah this was me all during covid. Same with you, high fat/dairy/super spicy foods got me and then random foods would go right through me. As others mentioned, I did a food test for 2 weeks, following the fodmap diet and eliminating those types of foods. Found it was extremely random based on the food journal I kept and then of course leading up to my doctor’s appt, I was all good. She said not to worry too much given Covid is changing everyone’s eating/exercise/sleep habits and stress levels more than normal. Funnily enough, I’ve been fine the past 2 months.
Ugh I feel this. One time I complained and my friend said I wasn’t in pain, I’m just Jewish 🤔 That did not help, and it was after I’d had a few procedures to rule out anything serious . What did help was eating a low FODMAP diet, which made eating fatty foods, acidic foods, and alcohol (my triggers) much easier on my stomach when I wanted to indulge. And 💯 stress reduction, therapy legit helped my stomach. Good luck!!
Gluten for me has become debilitating. Gonna try and get tested for celiac tomorrow.

Decades…. IBS. Was Ben on the old zelnorm. Tried fodmap - some relief. Went keto - more relief. Then, nothing I ate was safe. Everything caused bloating and discomfort. I had SIBO - microbes where there shouldn’t be any.
So, there are three different ways of addressing it and none are full proof. I went the natural/functional medicine way and I’m not perfect but much better.
Gut health. That’s all I have to say. Even the fodmap diet is designed because somehow your gut micrbiome is out of balance. But this isn’t a forever diet and you need to restore gut health. There is even some evidence to supporting reversal of mainly food allergies (esp. dairy and gluten) with a proper functioning micro biome.
If you don’t have a physical issue triggering it - I would start with the gut. You can get a SIBO breath test to determine if you have it and if it is hydrogen or methane dominant.
Good luck!
