General thoughts on Grand Seiko? I was looking at the Rolex DJ 36 (Oyster bracelet, smooth bezel, blue dial) and other similar sporty/dressy pieces in the $7k range (Glashutte 70s, which can be had at a high $7k handle with discount), and have now had my attention captured by GS (specifically, SBGA439 - blue dial spring drive on bracelet w date). They seem to produce pieces on par with GO, JLC, and other boutique makers at around half the price. What’s the catch? Will I get what I pay for?

Had my first exam last month and I am expecting the result tomorrow. Do they email the result or I have to go to a particular website to check for the result.

I’ve been calling the Prometric location but no luck. I’m taking my exam on Monday and Washington is in lockdown (no dine-in and only essential businesses are open). Does anyone know if Prometric is open in WA, specifically the Mountlake Terrace location? Do they usually send out an email if a location is closed?

I must be really stupid because I don’t see how people pass the CPA exams. I have BEC in 2 days and there is no way I pass. Legit everyone in my life is laughing about how much I am struggling with these exams. Is it time to quit? I did fairly well in accounting all throughout undergrad but honestly have never even a great test taker. I feel like going back to school would be a better option for me.

Has anyone studied with a kindle/amazon fire? Thinking about buying one to study on the go or when I’m outside at the beach because studying off my phone is hard to see in the sunlight.

In Becker AUD there always seems to be two clearly wrong answers and one that is a little more right than the other one. Are the exam questions formatted this way as well?

I’m getting ready to start studying for the CPA exam. Wondering if anyone can give me insight on the difference between the Becker packages. My job is willing to pay a portion, which makes the lesser option look more appealing. However, does anyone know of the study material is dramatically different?

For those who work full time and passed, how long did it take u to cover FAR? & what was your study schedule like?
