I have a field in excel that represents the GSID, that I want to concatenate to create a link. Example field GSID is 123-west and the link needs to be www.website/123_west.html for some reason using concatenate with left & right formulas to switch - to _ results in the field throwing an error. Anyone knows of a way to make this work?

Outlooks reminders are so slept on. And you can automatically set follow up reminders on an email thread
Go to View> To-Do bar. You can type tasks in or you an use Home>Follow Up to populate the to do bar. Each task can include descriptions also. Set reminders, deadlines, etc.

Check out quidlo. It’s a free website / app where you can track by task and project and there’s a stop/start button
What’s ur email? I have a great excel.
If it has to be excel, go for a Kanban board style template. But I would recommend using an app that does a lot of these for you. I love Microsoft Project b/c of the built in dashboards and Kanban style. There's also Asana, and trello can be very good but with more button pushing manual work.
I use my sent mail and calendar to track my time. Just can’t have ADD and multitask between email and client work. Email is the productivity killer I set specific times for this first thing and at days end or when I complete a task.
Trello maybe?
Got this and saved several hours a week on timekeeping.

Ah that makes sense - I’m juggling 3 clients currently so setting it up by charge code should do it! Thank you for your reply!
If you’re on Microsoft 365 check out MS Planner, you can manage tasks and group them by topic. It’s free and quite intuitive. You can schedule reminders and include others too!
If someone does I would love to see it as well.
