I won $25,000,000 last night in the lottery (after tax). I'm 24 with no debt or obligations. I want to invest it into future goals with no lifestyle changes, and let it compound epically over the next 40 yrs.
What's the most efficient vehicle to transfer this money into an index fund without exceeding contribution limits, that also allows me to make executive decisions and divert portions of the funds to future house down-payments, trust funds for family, etc, with limited withdrawal penalties?

You wouldn't have to pay taxes on anything held inside a Roth.
