Anyone have any advice for a recent MBA looking to get into a consulting role for one of the big insurance companies? Looking for remote work

have two offers to move from consulting to industry. Currently an associate, offers for Manager & Analyst.If thinking long term about B-school, would the Manager role be significicantbetter on paper?

@Deloitte, Currently doing data analytics in assurance. Looking at a Deloitte analytics role in AERS/advisory. What does an associate do; involve advanced analytics or just mainly data management?

Funny how some firms have analysts at entry level that then get promoted to consultants, and others vice-versa. Wonder if it affects exit-opportunities at all 😛

I want to switch to one of the top 3 firms (McKinsey/BCG/Bain) - hoping for an honest answer - do you guys do lateral hiring from other consulting firms at associate level?
