For anyone using Khan Academy and Canvas I made a free application built on a Google Spreadsheet that reads in Khan Academy CSV files and sends the scores to the Canvas gradebook. Demo video below and link to site. Hope it helps someone! The setup takes a bit but it has made grading Khan exercises so much easier and quicker.

I email people directly so I write a new one every time. I try to keep it 6 sentences max. And I follow this structure:
- 1(ish) lines about something I researched about the person I’m emailing. Ex: “While reading your interview in Ad Age I thought it was blah blah blah (spice it up/ show you give a damn)”
- 1 line about why I connect with their ideals/agency mission statement, whatever. I typically use this as a segue into talking about my career.
- 2/3 lines about what I’m doing now and how I can be an asset. Ex: “As a strategist at this agency I made up, my imagination has never been more sharp. Theses rare skills make me an asset in developing your imagination department.”
- 2 lines about what I have done, awards, degree, any cool shit.
- 1 closing.
I find closing the email to be the trickiest. Are you aggressive and ask for a meeting? Do you just say thank you and let them reach out? Do what feels right (I guess?)

Nobody will give it away :( I can't even ask my peers for help with this stuff. All are jealousy guarding their secrets, just in case they've found the perfect way to do it...
I would seriously pay someone 100$ to write this shit.
I’m sorry your peers suck and won’t help you!
Cover letters are still a thing?
Strategy Director, I'll write it and not even joking.
Wish I could help. But luckily, my cover letter has always been my book, in combination with a short email
