Joined consulting when I was 24, now 30 with 120k salary in NYC. Is it fair ?

I have received 5lakh retention bonus in Wipro in month of Feb 2022. This will be added to my salary component in Feb 2023.
My Band is B3. My variable is 10% , what will be my variable % after 5lakh added to my CTC . Will it remain same which is 10% or there will be rise in variable component?

Please, I need your opinion on this. I have 6 years of experience as a software developer and just finished my masters degree in data science. Now I am looking for a job here in the US. I went through the hiring process with this company and finally got an offer. They offered 88k/year and I responded opening a negotiation. They emailed me back saying that I am no longer in this process anymore with no further explanation and in Thanksgiving day. Is that normal?that email really got me very upset

Currently, I got my first appraisal from 5lpa to 8lpa for these 17 months. Is the appraisal according to the current market standards or should I ask for more?

I’ve worked at places that all have different holiday policies. EA has at minimum a nice 10 day shutdown from Christmas Eve through New Years. It’s great to know that there will be no slack messages or an exploded inbox to come back to while away. I’ve been at other studios that only give you Christmas Eve & Day and New Years Eve & Day and then the rest is up to you to request for PTO and this is obviously the suck.
